It has the game, the v1.1 patch which is the latest and last version, and it has a texture patch that gives the game FAR better graphics.
RESIDENT EVIL 4 NOTES:
on the pc this game has far more to offer than it did on any console system. It has the original gameplay, Mercenaries mode, Assignment Ada, and Separate Ways. 4 different games to play. the GC version only had some of that. it was missing the “Separate Ways” adventure the game has and extra unlockable gun, along with all of the other guns. this extra gun is a HUGE ASS LAZER called the P.R.L. 412. this will kill any enemy, boss, etc with only 1 shot. then is has all the other unlockable content from the other console releases too.

- New camera control: The camera now follows the player from behind and allows for intuitive movement throughout the full 3D game environments. This new viewpoint also further adds to the close and tense atmosphere of RE4
- Extra features include new weapons for Leon and Ada as well as new costumes for the main playable characters.

INSTALLATION:
1. EXTRACT the “Resident Evil 4.7z” using either winrar or 7-zip. www.7-zip.org (it’s free)
2. Burn or Mount the .ISO file
3. Install the game
Use one of the following serial/cd keys:

4. EXTRACT Update 1.1.0.7z
5. Install it (Update 110.exe). wait for it to finish before moving on (it takes a couple minutes)
6. Copy the Crack I included with the Update. it will be located in the “1.1.0 no cd” folder.
place the crack in the games install directory, replace the existing file
on a 32-bit
C:\Program Files\CAPCOM\resident evil 4
or on a 64-bit os
C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\resident evil 4
7. EXTRACT the “Resident Evil 4 texture patch 2.0.7z” file. copy the 3 folders from within
“xscr, xfile, and ogg”
to the game installation directory
They should be placed here:
on a 32-bit
C:\Program Files\CAPCOM\resident evil 4
or on a 64-bit os
C:\Program Files (x86)\CAPCOM\resident evil 4
NOTE: the texture patch doesn’t replace anything. no folders, no files. the game reads it still.
I have tested it a million times. as long as you place it in the correct folder, it will work.
